This Policy outlines the terms governing purchases made through BohoSaaz. By placing an order, customers agree to these policies and acknowledge that many products sold on the Platform are handmade, handcrafted, personalized, or made-to-order.
BohoSaaz strives to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to handcrafted processes, lighting conditions, or screen settings and shall not be treated as defects.
Many products available on BohoSaaz are handmade or customized. As a result, slight variations in design, colour, size, or finish are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and add to their uniqueness.
Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
All orders must be paid in full through the payment methods made available on the Platform before order processing begins.
BohoSaaz reserves the right to cancel any order where payment authorization fails or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, courier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond BohoSaaz's reasonable control.
BohoSaaz will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly agreed.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. BohoSaaz shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
As BohoSaaz specializes in handmade, handcrafted, personalized, customized, and made-to-order gifting products, all sales are final.
Products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind, personal preference, colour variations, minor handmade variations, delayed gifting requirements, or incorrect selection by the customer.

Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins. Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
BohoSaaz reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
