Returns & Refunds
At Bohosaaz, we specialize in thoughtfully curated gifting hampers for every occasion, with a strong focus on handmade and handcrafted products created by talented Indian artisans. Each piece is carefully crafted, and as a result, slight variations or imperfections may occur. These subtle differences are a natural part of handcrafted products and add to their unique charm, character, and authenticity.

Exchange & Credit Note Policy
Bohosaaz does not accept returns or refunds on orders once placed. However, we do offer exchanges and credit notes under specific circumstances.
All credit notes can only be redeemed on www.bohosaaz.com.
Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Conditions for Exchange & Credit Note
- If you do not like a product, you may place a replacement request within 2 working days of delivery in exchange for a credit note.
- To replace an item, the product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).
- Once we receive the returned item, a store credit will be issued.
- Store credit validity: 3 months
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the credit note.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at care@bohosaaz.com within 2 working days of delivery along with your Order ID and reason for return.
- The return window will automatically close after 2 days.
- Clearance Sale / Milestone Sale / Birthday Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to facilitate a replacement or refund.
Bohosaaz Accepts Returns If:
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered
- The product is damaged upon receipt
- (An unboxing video is mandatory)
In such cases, please contact our customer support at care@bohosaaz.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and product images/videos.
Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained.
If you wish us to arrange a return pickup, a pickup fee of ₹150 will be charged.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior intimation will not be accepted.
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or credit notes.
- Credit notes cannot be redeemed on sale items.
- Products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Missing items or incorrect orders must be reported immediately upon delivery. Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be considered.
Exchange Policy – International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Refunds are applicable only in case of lost shipments.
- In case of damaged or incorrect products, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery, along with a mandatory unboxing video, to be eligible for a refund.
No Refund or Exchange Will Be Given In The Following Cases
- Pre-orders or customized / made-to-order products
- Used or tampered products
- Minor color or design variations due to screen differences or the handcrafted nature of products
- Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by courier partners
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in approved refunds
- Prices exclude customs duties and international shipping charges; duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- Delays caused due to natural calamities, national emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances
Cancellation Policy
- Bohosaaz does not allow order cancellations or refunds.
- Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- If an order is cancelled before shipping, no refund will be issued; only a credit note will be provided.
